Science!
This is me and my friends showing off our ice cream. Me and Jaime made a wonderful job at making it. When me and Jaime tried it taste weird because their were too much cream and we just put in there and that we didn't use the measuring cups or tsp but then we found out the problem. What really happen to our ice we didn't measure how much cream we need, vanilla extract or sugar. Today we are gonna make another one and this time where are gonna make sure we measure it right.šš¦
My Science Inquiry
The last 2 weeks we been doing science. We have been learning about chemical reactions and the periodic table. Our experiment is making ice cream with ice, sugar and salt.
Experiment: Ice Cream in a Bag
Stuff we need

Literacy
For literacy this week I'm doing facts about the Moon landing 20th July 1969.
Here are my facts
On July 20, 1969 an American astronauts Neil Armstrong,he was the first human ever land on the moon. Neil Armstrong became the first person to walk on the moon. When Neil Armstrong took his first ever step on the moon he said "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind". He went on the moon with Edwin E Buzz Aldrin. Six hundred million people watched the first ever moon landing on TV. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin footprint are still on the moon. This is a picture down below of Neil Armstrong and his footprint.

Sports
Winter Sports
This year for winter sports I'm doing netball.
I'm in the A team and my coach is Melissa. We have 8 people in our team. One person in our netball team doesn't play because she has asthma. So we all have to play a full game without subs.
My positions are WA, GA, GD, WD and sometimes center.
So far we have won one game and lost 3. We train everyday to get our teams to a high standard of skill and game awareness.
Our main goal is to drive for the ball, take your times, get into space, stay in your columns and have good communications.
The rules of Netball
1. You can only hold the ball for 3 seconds at a time.
2.The player cannot catch the ball with both hands, drop it and pick it up again, this is called a replay ball.
3. If a player steps or uses any other body part to go into an area their playing position is not allowed to go, the ref will blow the whistle and say that you were will be off side.
4.If the ball travels out of the court, whoever touches it last has to give it to the other team.
5. If you touch the player with the ball in any way, the ref will blow the whistle and yell out contact and you will have to stand beside the person you touched.

Maths
Today I learnt about these shapes.
A Quadrilateral is a shape with four straights sides.
Equilateral is the same length sides.
Polygons is a shape with more than 3 straights lines.
Trigonometry is a study of lines and angles.
